Matthew 3:12 He took the winnowing basket in his hand to winnow his threshing floor clean, to gather his wheat into the barn, and to burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Matthew 13:38 The field is the world, the good seed the children of the kingdom, and the tares the children of the evil one.

Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is of no use; it is simply thrown out to be trampled underfoot.
