The Leading of the Spirit of Reality vs. The Teaching of the Anointing
John 16:13 But when the Spirit
of reality comes, he will guide you into all reality. For he will not speak on
his own authority, but he will speak everything he hears, and he will declare
to you what is to come.
1 John 2:27 The anointing oil you received from him dwells in you. You do not need anyone to teach you; rather, his anointing oil teaches you in all things. This anointing oil is real and not deceiving. Dwell in him according to what this anointing oil teaches you.

One-Sentence
Prophesying Summary
The teaching of
the anointing is God's inward saturation and constitution within us, while the
leading of the Spirit of reality is God's practical direction in our daily
living; the former enables us to know God, and the latter enables us to follow
God, bringing us into the reality of the Triune God.
Conclusion
The leading of the Spirit of reality and the teaching of
the anointing are not two separate matters but two aspects of the work of the
one indwelling Spirit. The anointing emphasizes the inward operation of life,
while the leading emphasizes the outward direction in daily living. The
anointing is the foundation, and the leading is its expression. As believers
remain in the fellowship of the divine life, they experience both the anointing
and the leading, eventually being conformed to Christ and becoming part of the
corporate expression of the Triune God.
