How to Enjoy the Riches of God in Christ as
a Treasure |
|
Meaning |
To enjoy all
the riches of God embodied in Christ as our spiritual treasure and
supply. |
|
Reason |
Christ holds
the key that controls the door of God’s treasury and opens or closes the riches to us. |
|
Metaphor |
God’s riches
are a treasury; Christ is the One with the key; believers are those who enter
to enjoy the treasure. |
|
Explanation |
When Christ
opens the treasury, we experience supply, light, and joy; when He closes it, we feel
dry and empty inwardly, proving that all riches
depend on Him. |
|
Way |
1)
Remain in contact with the Lord 2) Walk according to the sense of life 3) Be poor in spirit and pure in heart 4)
Deny the self, take up the cross, and lose
the soul-life. |
|
Result |
We experience
the riches of Christ as our inward supply and transformation in life. |
|
Purpose |
That Christ may
become everything in us, through us, and for us for God’s
expression. |
|
Example |
When we turn to
the Lord and follow the inner sense, we are refreshed and enlightened;
when we act in the self, we become dry and empty. |
|
Application |
Practice daily
fellowship with the Lord, reject self-living, and submit to the cross in all
things. |
|
Burden |
Do not let the self manage the treasury; allow Christ to fully control the opening
and closing of the riches. |
|
Prophesying Guide |
Proclaim:
Christ holds the key to God’s riches, and I choose to live in contact with
Him to enjoy His treasure. |
|
Conclusion |
Our enjoyment
of God’s riches depends not on circumstances but on whether Christ
opens the door to us; the key is in His hand and our obedience. |
