7-Day Life Practice Table — Living in the Infusion of the Spirit’s Speaking

Revelation 2:7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give him fruit from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Revelation 2:11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, he will never suffer the second death.

Day 1	Turn to the Spirit’s speaking	Before reading or hearing the Word, quiet yourself and say, “Lord, I am in spirit.”	Lord, let me hear the Spirit’s speaking today, not just words.
Day 2	Enter Christ’s transmission	Do not rush to analyze; let the Word enter into you.	Lord, bring me into Your transmission and infusion.
Day 3	Be saturated with what Christ is	Repeatedly muse on one verse to receive Christ’s element.	Lord, saturate me with what You are.
Day 4	Experience transformation	Follow the inner sense and the Spirit’s adjusting.	Lord, transform me by Your speaking, not merely correct me outwardly.
Day 5	Become material for building	Practice living out what you hear in church life.	Lord, make me proper material to be built into You.
Day 6	Live under the seven eyes	Be conscious of the Lord’s watching and infusing in daily life.	Lord, I live under Your gaze and Your infusion.
Day 7	For the New Jerusalem	See yourself as part of God’s eternal building.	Lord, make me a constituent of the New Jerusalem.
