Why Must We Enter Within the Veil by Entering into Our Spirit?

Why Must We Enter Within the Veil by Entering into Our Spirit?

Hebrews 9:3 Behind the second veil was another tent, called the Holy of Holies.

Hebrews 9:4 There was the golden altar of incense, and the ark of the covenant, covered with gold on all sides. Inside the ark was the golden pot of manna, Aaron's rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant.

Hebrews 10:19 Since, brothers, we have confidence to enter the Holy of Holies by the blood of Jesus,

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Hebrews 6:20 Jesus, as a forerunner, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek, entered within the veil for us.

Item

Why Must We Enter Within the Veil by Entering into Our Spirit?

Meaning

Entering within the veil means entering the Holy of Holies to contact and enjoy the heavenly Christ in His glorious ministry; today, the reality of the Holy of Holies is in our spirit. The spirit is the organ and channel that joins us to the heavenly Christ.

Reason

1. The reality of the veil is in our spirit (Heb. 4:12).
2. The spirit is the place where we are joined to Christ (2 Tim. 4:22).
3. Grace and divine supply are imparted to us in the spirit (Gal. 6:18).
4. The mind and soul belong to the “camp,” which signifies religion, natural things, and the outward realm, and cannot bring us into the Holy of Holies.

Method

1. Discern soul and spirit (Heb. 4:12).
2. Turn to and exercise our spirit (2 Cor. 3:16; Rom. 8:6).
3. Enter the spirit by faith (Heb. 10:19–22).
4. Contact and gaze upon Christ in spirit (Heb. 12:2–3).

Examples

- Moses went outside the camp into the tent of meeting to speak with God face to face (Exo. 33:7–11), signifying leaving the natural camp to meet with God.
- New Testament believers turn to their spirit to enter the Holy of Holies and meet Christ.

Application

- Do not remain in the realm of the soul and mind, but continually turn to the spirit.
- In spirit enjoy Christ’s heavenly ministry, receiving grace and strength.
- Be filled with the divine riches in spirit to become Christ’s expression.
- Experience in spirit enables us to go outside the camp,ss

 Key Points:

Behind the veil the spirit (the Most Holy Place).

Soul and mind the camp (the realm of religion and nature).

Conclusion:

The Holy of Holies is realized in our spirit. Only by turning to and remaining in our spirit can we truly enter within the veil, enjoy Christ’s heavenly ministry, receive grace, and gain strength to go outside the camp and follow Him.
