The Purpose, Intention, Center, and Foundation of God's Creation
Genesis 1:26-28 "And God
said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness..."
Zechariah 12:1 "The Lord,
which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and
formeth the spirit of man within him";
Ephesians 3:9-10 "And to
make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the
beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who
created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places
might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God."
Revelation 4:11 "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created"

Interrelationship |
Purpose |
God's ultimate
goal is to obtain the church, and all things exist to serve this purpose |
All creation
(including heaven and earth) exists for the bringing forth of the church |
We should recognize that our ultimate purpose of existence is to be
part of the church |
Represents the endpoint of the creation process;
all other aspects (foundation, center, intention) serve this ultimate
purpose; as the final goal, it receives the contributions of the other three
aspects |
Intention |
God's core
intention in creating humans is to establish an intimate relationship with
them, so that humans may be mingled with God |
Humans have a
spirit that can commune with God and receive Him |
We should respond to God's intention by seeking deeper union with
Him |
Acts as a bridge connecting the center with
the purpose; builds upon the human-centered creation, guiding people toward
the purpose of producing the church; realizes God's will and plan through the
mingling of humans with God |
Center |
In God's
creation, humans occupy the central position because they have a spirit that
can contain God |
The heavens are
for the earth, the earth is for humans, and humans with a spirit are for God |
We should understand humanity's central position and responsibility
in God's plan |
Serves as the pivot between the foundation and
intention; concretizes God's will and plan (foundation) into a human-centered
creation, establishing the physical and spiritual conditions for humans to be
mingled with God (intention) |
Foundation |
God's creation
is not accidental but based on God's eternal plan and will |
God first had a
will, established a plan, and then created all things according to that plan |
We should respect and obey
God's will and plan |
Acts as the starting point of the creation
process; supports and guides the other three aspects; provides direction for
the center (human-centered creation), sets intention for the intention
(humans mingled with God), and establishes plans for the purpose (producing
the church) |
Overall
Process Relationship:
The four aspects of God's creation form a coherent
process:
Foundation → Center → Intention → Purpose
God first had a will and a plan (foundation), then
created a human-centered universe (center), with the intention that humans
would be mingled with God (intention), ultimately to obtain the church
(purpose). This process reveals the complete blueprint of God's creation, from
the initial plan to the final accomplishment.
